ABC7 News: Leukemia Research Foundation-Funded Researcher Works to Combat Racial Disparities

December 31, 2021 — ABC7 Chicago highlights a Leukemia Research Foundation-funded research project on racial disparities in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients.

The research, led by Ann-Kathrin Eisfeld, MD, from The Ohio State University, is focused on understanding AML in black patients so that better treatments can be developed. This research was funded in part by the Leukemia Research Foundation.
