Researchers! The 2025-2027 New Investigator Grant Program application process has begun and the portal is now open.

The Foundation provides grants of up to $150k over a 2-year period for new investigator research projects that will have an impact on leukemia. MDS proposals will also be accepted.

Forty-six years ago, three families turned pain into passion, and they have been at it ever since. That was 1978, the year the Davidson-Brin Chapter of the Leukemia Research Foundation was founded. Through their extensive fundraising efforts over the years, this powerhouse team has made significant contributions to driving new research and providing assistance to patients.

Leukemia Research Foundation has been such a valuable resource for information and support. The mission of this organization is near and dear to my heart; finding a cure. The research that they support may one day bring an end to leukemia. So many strides have been made by this organization’s research and it gives us all the hope and strength to keep trying to do more. I hope I live to see the cure, because I know it is coming.

Since diagnosis, my husband has been through multiple treatments with various post-treatment complications. This financial assistance will allow us to pay a large portion of our medical bills and use our limited income for daily needs, like food and rent. What a relief it is to have assistance.
